Hire Terms and Conditions

To hire we require the following:
• $200 Security Bond
• Full Booking Details including contact details Payment: Payment can be made by Cash, Cheque/Money Order, Direct Deposit or Credit Card via PayPal. Payment must be made at least 30 days prior to dispatch of products.

Refunds and Cancellations:
• For cancellations with 7 days notice, a full refund will be offered
• For cancellations with less than 7 days notice, a full refund less a 20% cancellation fee will be offered
• For cancellations on the day of hire, no refund will be offered Security Bond and Late Returns: A Security Bond of $200 is payable with every order. This is refundable upon return of goods in the same condition. Visionary events marketing ebusiness reserves the right to retain all bonds for reimbursement of lost goods. This includes the fee for items which are not returned by specified date, post function. Late return fee is charged at $25 per day. Should the client be unable to return goods on specified day, Visionary events marketing ebusiness reserves the right to charge a collection fee of $100.

Cleaning: All hired items must be cleaned and re-packed in the same condition that they were provided in.

Liability: The hirer will assume full responsibility and liability for loss, damage, misuse and cleaning of goods regardless of the venue or location, and replacement fees will be applied accordingly. This applies to all reception venues and halls. (Clients are advised to discuss this with venue coordinators to ensure that all precautions will be taken to safeguard property in their care). It is the hirer’s sole responsibility to inform the venue of all hired items being brought in.

Indemnity Clause: The hirer hereby relinquishes Visionary events, marketing, ebusiness from all liabilities, resulting from demands and expenses in anyway, arising from injury, death, loss of income, damage to property or persons, caused to the hirer or associated users in respect of the equipment and/or services at all relevant to this event. It is the absolute responsibility of the hirer to maintain and gain relevant insurance.

Contracts: Variation of conditions must be placed in writing and will be at the discretion of Visionary events marketing ebusiness management. No claims are made once clients take possession of hired goods. It is the responsibility of the client to check and count all hired items upon delivery.

Weather Conditions: All Visionary events marketing ebusiness products are for indoor use only. If you require to use items outside, please arrange prior to hiring. Visionary events marketing ebusiness reserves the right to not provide items if they will be damaged by weather conditions.
