Planning Support
Visionary events provides our brides with two options for assistance in planning your wedding including individual and group coaching support.
Individual coaching support
This service allows you the flexibility of undertaking all of the tasks of your wedding, however using the experience and expertise of Visionary to ensure that no detail is missed. Access our suppliers and create the dayof your dreams. We work with you up to 2 weeks prior to your wedding.
You can pay for this upfront in one payment, or pay a deposit and then monthly installments until your wedding.
Group Coaching Program
The Group Coaching Program is tailored to give brides the information that you need when planning your own wedding. Share your planning with other brides and learn and be guided by industry experts and event managers on how to make decisions and the pitfalls to avoid.
The program includes:
· Monthly get-together with other brides, including refreshments
· Guest expert at each get-together
· Monthly newsletters full of information and resources to help you
· Planning guide developed to step you through the year of your wedding planning
· Discounts to preferred suppliers
Brides participating will set the topics for the program as it is completely tailored to meet your needs.

Wedding Co-ordination
If you have absolutley no idea where to start with your wedding planning, or in fact doubt you will have the time to complete your wedding planning then our dedicated Wedding Co-ordinator can assist you. Our complete co-ordination services will link you with our trusted and proven suppliers, we will manage all aspects of your wedding for you. On the day coordination
Imagine having a dedicated Wedding Co-ordinator from Visionary events for your special day!
We can be there on the day to make sure everything is delivered and set-up according to your wishes and that everything happens when it should. You don't want to be running around with a clipboard in your hand while you should be enjoying the most important day of your life!
Our on the day management includes visits to both the bride and groom prior to the ceremony; ensuring that both the ceremony and reception venue are set-up on the day to your wishes. The day before your wedding we will meet with you to discuss any last minute actions that need to take place, assess weather conditions and contingency plans and we will confirm with you what we will be doing on the day.
Your wedding Co-ordinator will start working with you 2 weeks prior to your wedding, doing all of those last minute things and making sure you haven't forgotten anything!
